Maile inspects progress on ELM provincial govt interventions

The Gauteng MEC for Human Settlements, Urban Planning and Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Lebogang Maile made the undertaking during a site visit in Emfuleni.

Maile was joined by MEC for Gauteng Public Transport and Roads Infrastructure Jacob Mamabolo.

The site visit was aimed at inspecting progress on the ground on the Emfuleni interventions made by the provincial government.

Maile said the fact that government was entrusted to safeguard the livelihoods of the people and “some among us chose to betray this trust is embarrassing and disheartening.”

Those individuals behind this injustice will be brought to book and justice must be served.”
