SEDIBENG.- The concerned residents of Vanderbijlpark waved their  cash notes recently saying that they are ready to walk into the Emfuleni municipality building to pay what they have agreed upon themselves, a total flat rate of R600.

This is after they met with the Speaker of the Emfuleni Local Municipality, Council Speaker Maipato Tsokolibane during an IDP meeting recently.
