Owls welcome in this neighbourhood

Yvette Wilde from Three Rivers, Vereeniging writes:

  • We have a lot of owls in our residential area. It seems they love hanging out in Yellowbill Street so what do the residents do? They club in and buy owl houses for the owls from the Owl Rescue Centre.
One of the owl houses.
Owl Rescue save owls nationwide, travelling to places that we have only heard of. They rescue, rehabilitate and release them back into the wild if possible. Corporates can have their owl houses custom made at a little extra cost. Please go like their page. You are also welcome to call Brendon from Owl Rescue on 082 719 5463.
Our street collected enough that we are also in the position where we can give them a donation towards their work. Thank you Neighbours!
We now have two owl houses in Yellowbill Street. One in my yard and one in the street and now we wait…
Come on owls. Your residence awaits you!
