VANDERBIJLPARK.-  The Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM) has placed its Municipal Manager, Lucky Leseane, under  precautionary suspension. The municipality announced that the decision was made during the council special meeting held on Thursday. ELM Spokesperson, Lebo Mofokeng said this comes after a series of reports, served before the Council regarding the alleged misconduct and poor performance of Leseane. “Thabo Ndlovu has been appointed as the acting MM pending the finalisation of the matter in the interest of all parties.”
