Police enjoy fitness assessments excercises

SEBOKENG. – The Sedibeng District South African Police Service (SAPS) yearly fitness assessments attracted more than two hundreds officers.

Station Commander of the Vanderbijlpark, Brigadier Nikiwe Hoaeane said for the officers to keep fit, strong and healthy, exercise is the solution.
“We are here aiming to ‘Hlasela mafutha’ and modify or to shape the bodies.”

The fitness assessments excercises were attended by about five police precinct’s and were hosted at Soul Tsotetsi Sports Complex in Sebokeng on 2 March.
