The incident happened between Fochville and Westonaria.

On arrival, ER24 together with the  Provincial EMS found a wrecked bakkie and car in the middle of the road.

“Upon closer inspection, medics found a man and woman lying in the front of the car. Another man was found lying on the side of the road.

“Paramedics assessed the patients and found that the two inside the car had already succumbed to their injuries.”

ER24 further reports that the man on the side of the road was found with several injuries and was in a severe condition.

“The man was treated and later transported to a private hospital for further care.

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
