Cllr Hubbard appointed Midvaal MMC for Engineering Services
Midvaal Local Municipality (MLM) has announced that it is excited to announce the appointment of Councillor Reginald Hubbard, who will serve as a Member of the Mayoral Committee (MMC) for Engineering Services.
MEYERTON.- Hubbard takes over the department from MMC Gerrit Viljoen, who will now lead the Roads and Emergency Services Department.
The MLM said that Hubbard is a young, dynamic, and industrious professional who brings over 14 years of experience from the private sector.
” He joins the Mayoral Committee with a solid track record in community development through his participation in sports, business, safety and security.”
He holds qualifications in (Eng) Civil Engineering (North-West University), Construction Project Management (University of Surrey), QCP Quantity Surveying (University of Free State) and Senior Management Programme (University of Surrey). His skills include logistical planning and support, Architecture and Design as well as Civil Engineering.
