Banyana Banyana qualify for 2023 FIFA World Cup

Banyana Banyana have qualified for the FIFA Women World Cup 2023.

SEDIBENG.- This was after Banyana Banyana beat Tunisia 1-0 in the Women’s African Cup Of Nations (WAFCON) Quarter-Finals on Thursday night in Morocco.

The four teams that qualified for the WAFCON Semifinals automatically qualified for the FIFA 2023 Womens World Cup to be hosted jointly by Australia and New Zealand. It was celebrations all over when the referee blew the final whistle even though the Tunisian’s felt hard done by the referee as they were convinced that they deserved a penalty in the closing stages of the game.

Banyana Banyana is one of the most exciting teams in this women tournament, play exciting football.

Coach Desiree Ellis’ charges could have won this game with a high margin but missed a lot of scoring opportunities, with only the Tunisian goalkeeper to beat.
