VANDERBIJLPARK._ Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Mokoena said that it was such a humbling experience to go and spend time with the kids. “This is what I want to do to help those who are in need because I’m very passionate about helping my community. It is something to do with my upbringing to take care of those who need our help.Those kids were excited, and I was overwhelmed by their love and I intend to do more for them because I feel there is much that needs to be done there. I want to thank my mother Jerminah Mokoen, her friend and my cousin for making this such a success,” said Mokoena.

Mokoena said that her mother is her inspiration, a force behind her and pillar of her strength. When asked what her ambition is, she told Sedibeng Ster that her long term goal is to become Miss Universe.
