VEREENIGING.-  Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, EFF Sedibeng Regional Chairperson, Isaac Khitika said that the party, through its fighters deployed in the SDM Council brought the refusal of the SDM speaker to entertain the already tabled motion before the Johannesburg High Court on an urgent basis.

“We appreciate the work done by the people’s attorneys for filling and arguing a solid case,” said Khitika adding that the motion must be debated and voted on in the SDM Council and not in the courts.

The motion of no confidence was supposed to be heared today, Wednesday.

At the time of going to print, Sedibeng Ster had not yet been updated on the outcome of the motion.
