Sundowns queens set to defend their CAF Women’s Champions League title

Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies soccer team seems set to return with their title after their good start for the CAF Women’s Champions League against Bayelsa Queens in Morocco on Monday.

SEDIBENG.-  Sundowns ladies opened their Group B stage with a 2-1 win over Bayelsa Queens in their opening CAF Women’s Champions League on Monday.

They are the defending champions of this women club continental tournament and their performance against Bayelsa Queens was clear that they want to return with the title. It was a great performance for the South African queens who are there to represent the country.  Sundowns played their second game of the group against Wadi Degla Ladies on Thursday. The much anticipated game is when Sundowns ladies will play against TP Mazembe Ladies in the last group stage tomorrow, Sunday.
