SEBOKENG.- The Dojo Karate Club celebrated their milestone 24th Anniversary over the weekend. The celebrations took place at next to Albertina Sisulu Clinic in Zone 12, Sebokeng.

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport Vaal Dojo Karate Club Sensei, Buti Matlabe said that there was a hive of activities on the day with members of committed invited to be part of this celebration. Other karate clubs were invited to be part of this special occasion to reflect back on when the club was formed 24 years ago.

“This club was formed out of Zone 11 community members, and look at us today, we are one of the top dojo karate clubs not only in Sedibeng but in Gauteng.  We want to thank Katleho Secondary School’s principal for allowing us to use the school premises for our training sessions when we didn’t have a place to go. I also want to take this opportunity to thank the Sebokeng community for their support.
