SEDIBENG.- As part of the ongoing Section 63 Intervention by the National Government, the Minister of Water and Sanitation, Senzo Mchunu has satisfied himself that progress is being made in Emfuleni.
The Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM) said that after a recent thorough oversight inspection on progress made and what still needs to be done to rid local residential areas of sewer spillages, Mchunu found progress to be pleasing Pump Stations and Purification Plants.
