SEDIBENG.- Local soccer fans will flock to Isak Steyl Stadium in Vanderbijlpark to watch the Motsepe Foundation Championship match between Marumo Gallants and  Upington City this coming Saturday.

The local soccer fans recently come in numbers since the venue hosts several high-profile football matches including the DSTV Diski Challenge games. Gallants comes into this game sitting in seventh position on the log with 9 points after playing seven games while Upington City occupies the 13th spot on the log with seven points from the same number of games as Gallants.

This game promises fireworks with both sides desperate for maximum points to move to the respective position on the log. Marumo Gallants want to return to top-flight football after being relegated from PSL last season.

Meanwhile, Platinum City Rovers will be hosting NB La Masia in the Motsepe Foundation Championship at the same venue next Saturday (28 October).
