ORANGE FARM.- The Orange Farm Art Studio was recently abuzz with creativity and passion as ‘The Idea Acting Workshop 02’ took place, leaving participants enlightened and inspired.

The workshop, hosted by Aaliyah Tukwane, Director of AlfaCoxswain, in collaboration with Tshepo Summit and Art Studio 5018, brought together aspiring actors from the community to explore the depths of their talent. Khosy Melokuhle Zwane, one of the participants, emphasised the significance of effective communication and urged attendees to commit to their bookings.

She stated, “The importance of communication is paramount, and it is crucial only to accept bookings that you are certain you can fulfill.”

Zwane’s insightful comment highlighted the practical aspect of pursuing a career in acting. Another participant, Siya Raad, reflected on his transformative experience during the workshop.

“I’ve discovered emotions I never knew I had, and I now have a holistic understanding of acting. Previously, I limited myself by refusing certain roles, but now I realize the importance of versatility and knowing how to approach agencies. I’m immensely grateful for the valuable advice and time shared by our guest speaker,” shared Raad.

The Orange Farm community was pivotal in supporting the workshop and entrusting their children with the organizers.
