La Masia hosts Black Leopards

"It is not going to be an easy game for us but we are ready."

SEDIBENG.- Expect the mother of all styles and battles when NB La Masia welcomes Black Leopards at Isak Steyl Stadium in Vanderbijlpark today, Friday.

These two sides will be battling out in the much anticipated Motsepe Foundation Championship fixture. Since former/retired Orlando Pirates Midfielder, Daine Klate took over as NB La Masia Coach, the club is playing an exciting brand of football.

Klate has formed a deadly combination on the bench with his former teammate at Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates, Moeneeb Josephs who is a goalkeeper coach. The club plays fast-flowing football, starting play from the back.

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport ahead of this encounter, Klate said they are up against a very good team in Black Leopards and that he has a lot of respect for them.

“It is not going to be an easy game for us but we are ready, come Friday. We go into this game with one thing in mind, three points because we will be playing at home in front of supporters,” said Klate.

Kick-off time is at 15:30.
