SASOLBURG – For a change, Metsimaholo Local Municipality employees took in some work.
Although it was not service delivery, dozens gathered at D.P. De Villiers Stadium in Sasolburg recently during a wellness day.
The crowds kicked off the festivities with a vibrant Fun Run/Walk, promoting health, unity, and community spirit.
Following the walk, Municipal Manager Basi Motloung welcomed all employees and Councillors of MLM.
Motloung reminded the employees that the vital services they provide to the community can only thrive through collective efforts.
His words resonate with the essence of the municipality’s commitment to realising the objectives outlined in the South African Constitution.
“Together, let’s continue to foster wellness, collaboration, and a brighter future for all in Metsimaholo,” he said.
