KLIPRIVIER. – A woman is among three suspects due to appear in court to answer to charges of possession of positive stolen vehicle and possession of unlicensed firearm.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Tintswalo Ndhambi reports that the trio was arrested at Kliprivier policing precenct following an intelligence driven operation by the Kliprivier Crime Prevention Unit, Community Policing Forum, Midvaal peace officer and private security.
“The three suspects are aged 36, 34 and 27 respectively. Through preliminary investigations, the suspects have been linked to cases of business robbery and armed robbery all over Sedibeng District.”
Ndhambi said the three are due to make an appearance at a Magistrate’s Court soon.
