Hats off to Harcourts
VANDERBIJLPARK. - More and more local businesses are getting involved in community projects to make the Vaal a better place. Recently Harcourts Real Estate joined the battle against the never-ending pothole problem.

Potholes can cause significant damage to vehicles, and can also be a safety hazard for drivers and pedestrians alike.

Real estate agents recognise the importance of maintaining the infrastructure of the area and have been working to address this issue head-on.
In addition to the practical benefits of improving road conditions, this initiative has also positively affected the community as a whole.
“By taking an active role in improving the area’s infrastructure, real estate agents have demonstrated a commitment to the well-being of residents and a willingness to invest in the community’s future,” says Samantha de Villiers (Harcourts Manager: Vaal Triangle).
“This approach to community engagement has also helped to build stronger relationships between real estate agents and their clients. By showing a genuine interest in the needs and concerns of the community, agents have been able to foster greater trust and loyalty among residents”.
Overall, the efforts of real estate agents to fix potholes in Vanderbijlpark have been a positive development for the area.
