EVATON.- Motswako Arts Centre is set to host the inaugural BUA Arts Festival, a vibrant showcase of talent and creativity in the Vaal which will take place on Freedom Day, Saturday, April 27.
All this will take place at Motswako Arts Centre, 1796 Wright Road in Evaton.
Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Abbey Maeane, from Motswako Arts Centre said that the BUA Arts Festival will feature a kaleidoscope of performances and visual art, which include theatre, dance, music, poetry, film, and fine art.
“Each performance and body of work from the participants promises to transcend boundaries and leave a lasting impression on all who attend,” Maeane explained.
He added that the purpose of the festival is to uplift the community and artists through artistic expression. By providing a platform to share their stories and talents, the festival fosters a sense of belonging and empowers individuals and groups to express themselves freely.
