Help find Katleho

Katleho was in possession of an unknown cellphone, and when she asked him about it, he said that it belonged to his friend.

SEBOKENG. – The Sebokeng police are investigating a case of a missing person after a 13-year-old boy recently ran away from home.

According to Police spokesperson, Sergeant Nthabiseng Mokhachane, the mother of the missing 13-year-old boy Katleho Shumba, said that her son fled home on Friday, April 26. The mother, Dora Shumba, said that Katleho was in possession of an unknown cellphone, and when she asked him about it, he said that it belonged to his friend.

“Afterwards he fled from his home in Lakeside (Orange farm) to an unknown location. The mother called around until the father’s family in Kanana confirmed he was there. On Saturday, April,27 the father’s family alleged that Katleho left without informing anyone,” Mokhachane said adding that Katleho’s mother is worried and pleads with anyone who may have information about his whereabouts to go to the nearest police station.
