SEBOKENG.- Emfuleni Local Football Association (ELFA) League Administrator Kelebogile Sehume is eager to make a name for himself as one of the best football administrators.

Sehume has been instrumental in running the ELFA junior league successfully for the past three years.

He is one of the young local football administrators who is destined for a great future in football. Since he took over as the ELFA League Administrator, the leagues start and finish on time. He looks like the man whose story with the Emfuleni Development League is one of the best compared to other LFAs.

Sehume follows in the footsteps of former football administrators such as the late Selokela ‘Chicks’ Masetle and Zacharia Ndweni, both par excellence league administrators. Masetle started at the Sebokeng Football Association and climbed the ladder to SAFA Sedibeng and SAFA National Office.

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Sehume said he wanted to thank ELFA Head of Development Master Zondo for trusting him with the huge responsibility of administrating the junior league.

“It was not easy when I started but Mr Zondo was and still is very supportive. I have learned a lot from him about running this junior league. Every season the number of teams keeps increasing and registration on the MYSAFA system is challenging because the document must be current and in order. But I’m happy that the teams are very supportive and know what is expected of them,” said Sehume.

Sehume is confident that next season the junior league is going to be even more exciting and he is looking forward to it.
