Evaton SAPS and CPF Spread Festive Cheer
Donations included sweets, snacks, pre-loved clothing, school uniforms, and stationery supplies.
EVATON.- The Evaton police, in partnership with the Community Policing Forum (CPF), hosted a heartwarming outreach event at the Evaton Police Station to give back to the Beverley Hills community and strengthen partnerships in the fight against crime this week.
The initiative saw members of the police force and CPF come together to provide much-needed support to local families. Donations included sweets, snacks, pre-loved clothing, school uniforms, and stationery supplies. Children were treated to safety tips, party packs, and freshly made popcorn. Parents and grandparents also received clothing and supplies.

Police spokesperson, Constable Thulisile Msibi highlighted the importance of such initiatives in building trust between the police and the public.
“This event not only brings smiles to children’s faces but also demonstrates our commitment to serving and protecting the community in every way possible. We believe that working together with the community will help us create a safer environment for everyone.”
