SEDIBENG.- Boipatong FC has signed young Tshediso ‘Bashimane’ Tshehla from the ABC Motsepe League team, Dinoko City FC.

This was revealed to Sedibeng Ster Sport by the club chairman, Gab Maloka. This is in preparation for the upcoming ABC Motsepe League season, where they will be newcomers.

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Maloka said Tshehla is one of the players that the club has signed to beef up the squad ahead of the ABC Motsepe League season.

He told Sedibeng Ster Sport that the club has made a few exciting signings in an effort to make their presence felt in the ABC Motsepe League as newcomers. Tshehla has already featured in the pre-season friendly matches for Boipatong FC.

Sekhukhune United DDC signed this exciting forward from Boipatong FC before they released him to Dinoko City FC last season.

Tshehla was one of the most thrilling prospects for the Sekhukhune United DDC team, and Sedibeng Ster Sport was convinced that the club would promote him to their senior team, but it was never the case.

Maloka said he is certain that Tshehla’s experience will be key in helping the club maintain their status in the ABC Motsepe League and even challenge the league title.

“We are excited to announce that we managed to secure the signature of one of our former players, Tshediso Tshehla. We have already agreed on terms, and we are looking forward to the season. We have been playing a lot of friendly matches in preparation for the upcoming season. We have also beefed up our technical department and roped in former Platinum Stars star Vicent Khumalo as our team manager. We signed several exciting talents, some as far as from Limpopo and Free State,” said Maloka.

Maloka also revealed to Sedibeng Ster Sport that they will use the Boipatong Stadium for their ABC Motsepe League home games, with George Thabe Stadium as the alternative venue.
