SEBOKENG.- A case of murder is being investigated by the Sebokeng police after a man was stabbed to death, allegedly by a person known to him, while celebrating New Years Day on Wednesday in Zone 12, Sebokeng.

Police spokesperson, Sergeant Nthabiseng Mokhachane confirmed the case and said, “It is alleged that 01 January 2025, the deceased was stabbed to death by an unnamed man while celebrating New Year’s Day. According to anonymous tip-offs, the two knew each other very well.”

The motive behind the killing is currently unknown, and the suspect is still at large.
