DA Emfuleni Central constituency team conducts school oversight visits

“Let's unite to ensure our schools thrive!”

SEDIBENG.- As the schools opened on Wednesday, the DA’s Emfuleni Central Constituency Team conducted school oversight visits to different primary and secondary schools in the area.

DA’s Daddy Mollo said they assessed school readiness mostly in Sebokeng at schools such as Ubuhle Primary School, Boitumelo Secondary School, Botebo Tsebo Secondary School, Umthombolwazi Primary School, and Thuto- Tiro School of Specialisation.

“While most schools have started well, we identified challenges; broken toilets and ceilings, delayed stationery delivery, and one school without electricity for three years with a collapsing ceiling and furniture shortages.”

Mollo said his party will work with the concerned departments to address the issues at hand.

“Let’s unite to ensure our schools thrive!”
