SEBOKENG.- A culpable homicide case is being investigated by the Sebokeng police following an accident that took place last Wednesday.

In the early hours of the morning on Wednesday, the Sebokeng police were summoned to Golden Highway next to Engen garage (Polokong) and upon arrival there was a collision.

“It is alleged that there was a collision between a truck and a Fidelity Guard Bakkie. The driver of the truck and his passengers sustained no injuries, but the driver of the bakkie sustained injuries together with one passenger, while another passenger was declared dead on the scene by the Emergency Medical Services,” police spokesperson, Sergeant Nthabiseng Mokhachane said.

The police would like to plead with the public to always be vigilant on the road and be on a lookout for other road users.
