Family’s desperate search for missing son continues

According to police spokesperson Sergeant Mampho Mahlomola, Toko was last seen by his mother Kgomotso Moreki, leaving his home to go and charge his phone in Thulamtwana due to Mountain City not having electricity on the day.

DE DEUR – The family of Toko Semenya (22) from Mountain City informal settlement in Weillersfarm is distressed following his disappearance on November 16, 2024.

According to police spokesperson Sergeant Mampho Mahlomola, Toko was last seen by his mother Kgomotso Moreki, leaving his home to go and charge his phone in Thulamtwana due to Mountain City not having electricity on the day.

“Toko’s mother and the family are extremely concerned about the safety and well-being of Toko as he is not mentally stable and under medical treatment.”

Mahlomola said Toko’s condition could pose harm to him and urged anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the police.
