SEBOKENG. – The Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM) Executive Mayor, Sipho Radebe, together with MMC for Public Safety, Ndade Mokoena, officially launched a new technology-driven traffic contravention management system in Sebokeng last week.

Developed in partnership with Syntell, the municipality said that the system introduces handheld devices capable of processing information in real time and printing fines on site.
“This innovation will improve efficiency, ease congestion, and enhance road safety through advanced data analytics — a first for Emfuleni Local Municipality,” the ELM said.
