Sekhukhune United hosts Pirates babies in Vaal

SEDIBENG.-  Sekhukhune United’s Reserve Team will host Orlando Pirates in a DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) fixture at Isak Steyl Stadium in Vanderbijlpark on Saturday.

Kick-off is at 10:00.

Pirates have made a strong start to the season and currently sit at the top of the DDC log with 10 points from four matches.

Pirates won three and drew one.

Hot on their heels are AmaZulu and Richards Bay, both on nine points, with goal difference separating the two. Mamelodi Sundowns and Sekhukhune United are fourth and fifth on the log, respectively, each with seven points, also separated by a goal difference.

As far as the Sekhukhune United and Pirates game, both sides come into this encounter with their tails up after their last games.

Sekhukhune defeated Polokwane City 2-0, while Pirates secured a 2-0 victory over Chippa United.
