Man dies after stabbing incident

His brother then searched for him in the surrounding areas, but he was never found.

SEBOKENG.– The Sebokeng police are investigating a case of murder after a man died at the Sebokeng hospital following his disappearance recently.

It is said that on October 11, the deceased went to work in the morning but never came back.

His brother then searched for him in the surrounding areas, but he was never found.

On October 14, while busy with a search, the brother is said to have found the deceased’s cap in an unnamed area, and it had blood on it.

“The brother became suspicious and started to check at hospitals around Sedibeng. He found the deceased at Sebokeng Hospital, and he was still alive, but could not talk. His head was swollen and he had a stab wound on his back,” said police spokesperson, Nthabiseng Mokhachane.

She added that after about a week, the deceased’s brother received a call from the hospital and was asked to come so that he could be given feedback about the patient’s condition.

He was told that there is a slight chance of recovery.

“On November 3, the deceased’s brother received a call again from the hospital informing him that his brother had passed away.”

The Sebokeng Station Commander, Brigadier Thembekile Kubone, pleads with the public to report a missing person as soon as possible.
