Dr Oliphant visits the Dr Molefi Oliphant School of Specialisation

“Children, hold on to your dreams. Stick to your dreams, whatever you do.”

BOPHELONG.- On Wednesday, the Dr Molefi Oliphant School of Specialisation had the honour of welcoming Dr Molefi Oliphant to the school in Bophelong.

Dr Oliphant delivered an inspiring address to Grade 12 learners of 2026.

The school said that Dr Oliphant shared his humble beginnings and how he overcame poverty through dedication to his education.

He quoted William Howard, the singer, saying, “Children, hold on to your dreams. Stick to your dreams, whatever you do.”

He also shared that his mother’s home is just a stone’s throw away from the school, and it was her support and his unwavering focus on his dreams that helped him rise above his circumstances.

“A truly motivating visit that reminds us all to never give up on our dreams,” the school said.
