BOPHELONG.- Last Wednesday marked an exciting milestone as Bophelong CDC officially soft launched the Patient Experience Care initiative.

This initiative, it is said, is all about listening to the patients, hear their honest feedback about the services they receive at health facilities, and provide feedback about the care and treatment provided by staff.

“Your experiences, suggestions, and comments will help the facility to improve the quality of care delivered and ensure that every patient feels heard, respected, and valued. Your voice matters, and together we can build a stronger, more patient-centred healthcare experience.”

As part of the special occasion, management proudly presented Certificates of Appreciation to three outstanding staff members in recognition of their dedication, compassion, and the exceptional work they do every day in serving our patients and community.
