Leseane aims for a total shakeup…and clean-up

“Communication with the community will be extremely transparent."

SHARPEVILLE.– Serero Leseane, a born-and-bred resident of Sharpeville, is a Ward 14 candidate of the DA in the upcoming Local Government Elections (LGE).

Promising to go all out for a win in the ward that makes up Bedworthpark and Sharpeville’s Vuka section, Leseane has promised to restore dignity and make the ward a safer living environment for the community he aims to serve.

Holding the police accountable on crime, refurbishing sporting facilities, and addressing substance abuse are at the top of Leseane’s agenda.

“We want to ensure fair processes in job opportunities, because I will be the ward/community councillor under the DA, ensuring that service delivery is carried out regularly.  The Ward 14 community will never run after refuse trucks anymore as they will be properly scheduled, ensuring that all refuse is collected,” said Leseane.

He emphasised that communication with the community will be extremely transparent.

“That is what the DA is all about: an open society for all. I pledge to serve the community with integrity.”
