SEDIBENG.- The newly promoted ABC Motsepe League club, Ben 10 FC, will start their campaign in the league when they clash against Young Pirates FC in the Nedbank Cup Preliminary Round derby.

All the Nedbank Cup Preliminary Round fixtures take place in September throughout all SAFA provinces and regions.  

These two Vaal-based teams will battle in Group B in the Gauteng ABC Motsepe League Stream.

This much-anticipated local derby is expected to divide the Vaal into two parts, with some supporting Ben 10 FC and others Young Pirates FC. It is going to be an exciting game of football to watch. The difference between the two teams is that Ben 10 FC are newcomers in the league while Young Pirates step into their second season.

However, the two teams will not be in the same stream, with the league divided into two streams this season. The two teams have been involved in preparatory pre-season friendly matches.

In another Nedbank Cup Preliminary Round, Boipatong FC will play away against Free Agents FC. Boipatong FC, Young Pirates and Ben 10 FC are the three teams that will represent Sedibeng in this league.
