EVATON. – The Evaton SAPS kindly want the community’s assistance in finding the family of the unknown deceased. This comes after police found the body of a young black male between the railway track.
“It is alleged that the deceased slept in the middle of the railway track and the train ran over him, the deceased was badly injured. The deceased was wearing a blue jean, grey T-shirt, grey and blue track top and white Adidas tekkies. The deceased is estimated to be between 18-20 years of age.” Says Police Spokesperson Sergeant Getrude Makhale.
Makhale urges anyone who might have a missing family member of that age to go to Sebokeng morgue to identify the body.
“The person can go to Evaton police station to get the case number and meet with the investigating officer that will be assigned for the case for investigation purposes.” Makhale concludes.
