Vehicle rollover leaves woman seriously injured

Paramedics treated the woman and provided her with pain-relief medication before she was transported to Sebokeng Hospital for further treatment.

MEYERTON. – A woman in her 60s was left seriously injured recently following a vehicle rollover on the Jim Fouche Road in Meyerton recently. ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 10:00 to find the vehicle lying on its roof at the bottom of an embankment.

The woman was found lying inside the vehicle. Rescue services had to use specialised equipment to free the woman from the vehicle. Once freed, paramedics assessed the woman and found that she had sustained serious injuries to her chest.

Paramedics treated the woman and provided her with pain-relief medication before she was transported to Sebokeng Hospital for further treatment.
Authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
