The RA Engar Primary foundation phase girls’ toilets recently underwent a thorough spring cleaning by very enthusiastic, industrious parent Energy Mhurura from Pastor Richard Kandayo’s ‘House of New Beginnings Church’ in Gcilima.

Mrs Mhurura, whose children attend the school, volunteered to assist school cleaners as part of her service to the community.
She supplied her own cleaning materials and spent many hours removing grease, grime and years of built-up stains that would not budge with normal cleaning techniques and regular chemicals.
The chemicals and techniques used produced amazing results and although the toilets are very old, they now have a new lease on life.
