PICS: Regional magistrate Johann Bester retires

After serving the Department of Justice for 45 years, regional magistrate Johann Bester, has retired from the bench. His colleagues and members of the legal fraternity hosted a farewell lunch for him recently and many tributes were paid to his dedication and hard work at the Port Shepstone Magistrate's Courts where he has spent the past 28 years.
