N2 accident claims child’s life
Amisha was involved in a head-on collision on the N2 on August 4.
AFTER 21 days on life support, Misha Maharaj (8) from Port Shepstone died at Entabeni Hospital in Durban last Sunday. Her funeral was held on Tuesday this week.
Amisha, together with her sister, Tenisha (10) and father, Amil, was involved in a head-on collision between two vehicles on the N2 near Umgababa on Sunday, August 4. Amil was declared dead on the scene. Tenisha, in a wheelchair, is currently receiving counselling.
Relatives Shirley and her husband Don Devanarian and their children Nivesh, Natasha and Nerosha, who are heartbroken about Misha’s tragic death, thanked everyone who had kept Misha in their prayers.
