A LEADING local vehicle dealership has scooped five pyramid of excellence awards at the East Coast (KZN and Eastern Cape) annual awards ceremony held at the ICC in Durban recently.
Halfway Toyota was the only dealer from the Eastern Cape region to receive these awards and was also voted top performing dealer.
The various departments that have done the dealership proud include new vehicle dealership, Automark, parts, service and Toyota financial services.
At the national awards ceremony, Halfway Toyota excelled once again and won the President’s award for top performing large dealership in the country, as well as the the Vice President’s award for best customer experience.
These awards consists of three prizes, a Blue Train trip, a trip to Phuket and a French Riviera cruise.
Halfway Toyota was also a runner-up for dealership of the year at the President’s awards.
Not surprisingly, the continued winning streak is testament to dedication to service excellence.
Dealer principal Brian Jones said that this was quite an accomplishment.
“The awards recognise excellence in dealership performance and this is considered the cornerstone of the brand’s success. Halfway Toyota has a reputation for providing the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction and the company backs its outstanding product with the very best sales and aftersales service,” he said.
“The dealership’s growth is attributed to it being a leading premium brand which is due mostly to the dedication and professionalism of highly trained staff within the dealer network,” he added.
