HLANGANANI Preparatory held its first emergency evacuation drill last Wednesday. The drill went very well and classes were evacuated and assembled in less than three minutes.
The school’s sporting calendar is off to a good start. At the first volleyball tournament for the year, the U14 boys won the tournament and claimed the gold trophy. Both the U12 and U14 girls did exceptionally well, reaching the semi-finals, but losing by just one point.
The principal, staff and pupils would like to thank Boysie Ndwalane, a community volunteer who has been very helpful in training Hlanganani players.
