MARGATE Senior Primary held its interhouse swimming gala last Thursday, which proved to be very exciting with all three houses in the running for the trophy. The relays finally settled the scores and the winning house was Reid with 238 points, followed by Hammond and then Mitchell. The relay trophy was won jointly by Reid and Mitchell.
Tarelle Frost was selected as senior victrix ludorum and victor ludorum went to Liam Taljaard. Junior trophy winners were Damien Crow and Angelique Potgieter. Junior Primary held its gala last weekend.
Parents’ evening is tonight (March 27) and all teachers are looking forward to meeting parents as they come to view pupils’ work and collect reports.
