Three injured in N2 accident

A passenger in the bakkie was seriously injured.

A NASTY accident on the N2 between Umtentweni and Port Shepstone, involving a bakkie and a sedan,  has left three people injured. A passenger in the bakkie was seriously injured and has been taken to hospital along with those less seriously hurt.  All emergency services are currently at the scene.

The bakkie belonged to Dudley Price Route and Road Maintenance, and was carrying a team of four people who were working along the N2 when the collision occurred. The driver of the sedan was not injured. The sequence of events is unclear  at this stage.  For more photos, visit our gallery.
