Woodgrange Primary prays for missing girls

Dr Chetty stated that bullying would not be tolerated.

WOODGRANGE Primary held a special assembly last week to conscientise pupils on the plight of the kidnapped Nigerian schoolgirls.

In support of the ‘Bring back our girls’ campaign, gr 1 pupils performed a touching mini-play  that even the youngest pupils understood.

Pupils have a new-found respect for the school’s quiet caretaker priest, Johannes Ntusi, who prayed for the safe return of the missing girls.

Crimes against females was denounced by acting principal Dr Maliga Chetty, who encouraged boys to love, protect and support female peers, stating that bullying at Woodgrange Primary would not be tolerated.
