A PADDOCK farmer (62) was stabbed after he and his wife, who is in her 50s, were attacked during the early hours of Monday this week.
Three men entered the couple’s home and demanded the keys to the safe.
“The intruders then tied the couple’s hands with wire and fled with a rifle and pistol,” said police spokesman, Captain Gerald Mfeka.
The farmer was stabbed twice, once in the left eye and once in the upper body. He was taken to hospital. No arrests have been made.
