Join Shoreline Challenge from Port Edward to Mtamvuna River
All are invited to join the last leg of the challenge.
The South Coast Shoreline Challenge will conclude with its eighth and final leg on August 30, with walkers taking on a scenic route from Port Edward to the Mtamvuna River at Riverside.
Registration opens at 07.30, with the walk getting underway at 08:00.
The 6km walk starts at the Port Edward National Sea Rescue Institute’s base and finishes at the Mtamvuna River, with egg and bacon rolls available at the Riverside Aqua Sport and Beach Bar.
The final leg also offers walkers a last opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a painting, with all funds raised going towards conservation.
End parking is available inside the Wild Coast Sun grounds at the top Riverside parking area.
Walkers should follow the signs; a free day pass will be sent to walkers on the WhatsApp group for display at the gate.
