Bicycle thief generates three-year sentence

The man confessed to having stolen the items.

NKUMBULA Capha (27) was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment this week after being arrested  in March this year for being in possession of a stolen generator and a pink bicycle.

When Warrant Officer Patrick Gosling questioned Capha,  he admitted to having stolen the items from a house in Oslo Beach.

Police spokesman, Lieutenant-Colonel Zandra Wiid, warned that being in possession of stolen property is a crime and anyone caught with stolen items will be charged.
