Margate Primary tackles the third term

The end of last term saw a very exciting hockey match between the first team and staff members.

THIRD term started off well with both pupils and staff refreshed and ready to tackle the challenges ahead. This term sees the beginning of the athletics season and practice sessions are taking place already as interhouse meetings will be held shortly.

The end of last term saw a very exciting hockey match between the first team and staff members. The staff team played well against the stiff opposition and scores were even. An enjoyable and exciting time was had by all.

 Gr 7 pupils from Margate Primary (from left) Ameera Ramsaroop, Rossella Ohrablo, Tarelle Frost, Nhlanzeko Nzama, Bulelwa Habethe and Lisa Mehlwana were tasked with creating 3D structures as part of a maths project.

Gr 7 pupils completed a 3D maths project and some interesting structures were on show. Some gr 6 pupils did an Afrikaans project that utilised rubbish and were amazed at what could be made from discarded garbage.
