SIX of Marburg Primary’s young scientists had the opportunity to exhibit their projects at the regional science expo held at Harding Secondary recently.
More than 200 pupils took part, from both primary and secondary schools.
Marburg Primary’s Krizelle Rhagundhaw and Khatija Ismail were awarded medals and will be representing the school at the South African International Science Fair in Johannesburg in October.
Krizelle was also the recipient of the best medical science award for her project titled ‘Smoking Your Heart Away’. Ncuthukazi Gwebani, Dejzaia Naidu and Travis Premraj and Anshay David received certificates. Marburg Primary is proud of the young scientists.
